Caroline is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist committed to educating and empowering individuals to improve their health and overall quality of life through nutrition.  She provides individualized nutrition counseling with a functional and integrative approach, considering the unique aspects of a person’s health and lifestyle to develop tailored, needs-based recommendations. By combining her nutrition science background with her strong passion for helping others, her hope is to guide and support each of her clients to improve their relationship with food over the long-term.

 

Caroline has over five years of nutrition counseling experience in clinical and community-based settings, with specific areas of focus in eating disorder treatment, preventative/wellness nutrition, bariatrics and metabolic health conditions. She completed her dietetic internship at Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, where she learned to practice medical nutrition therapy on both acutely and chronically ill patients. Caroline holds RD state licensure in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, as well as advanced certification in adult obesity interventions. She received her B.S. in interdisciplinary health services from Saint Joseph’s University and graduated magna cum laude with her master’s degree in nutrition education from Immaculata University. 

Caroline currently resides in Philadelphia with her fiancé. When she’s not busy working or wedding planning, she enjoys checking out the city’s newest restaurants or catching a class at Pure Barre Philly. She is excited to join the MNC Nutrition team!
